Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel a confirmed lesson from your account before it takes place and you are refunded the amount you paid for it, less a 1.5% payment-processing fee. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. Cancelling one lesson of a multi-lesson booking does not cancel the rest of the booking.

You are refunded in full for that lesson, with no fee deducted, by the same method and within the same 2–3 week window. You are notified when this happens.

Missing a lesson without cancelling it does not create a right to a refund. The teacher has reserved and held that time.

If a technical failure in the platform prevents a lesson from going ahead, contact support: we will arrange a replacement lesson or a full refund.
