Achievements: studied tar under Hadi Azarpira starting in 2015; won first place in tombak performance at the Fars Province student music festival (2004 and 2005); won national first place in tombak solo performance at the Vocal Arts Festival (2006 and 2007); and received top honors at numerous ensemble-music and theater-music festivals. Performance record: contributed to the recording of the album "Sar-e Hezar Saleh" with vocalist Salar Aghili and composer Keyvan Kiani; has given numerous performances at concerts, festivals, and official music programs; and has held masterclasses and training courses in percussion instruments. Teaching activity: specialized instruction in tombak, daf, cajón, darbuka, and hang drum; trains students across various age groups and prepares them for stage performances and festivals.

Mohsen Omidi, born in 1997, is a performer and teacher of handpan (hang drum) and tombak. He began studying tombak in 2014 and started learning handpan in 2021. His teaching approach for hang drum focuses on rigorous, academically grounded, musical instruction. His goal is for students to reach a smooth, pleasing playing flow in the shortest time possible, without confusion and with a correct understanding of technique. His classes move from essential fundamentals — stroke control, dynamics, rhythm, and hand coordination — to more advanced topics and techniques, improvisation, building rhythmic patterns, ensemble playing, and performing engaging pieces from method books using backing tracks. His teaching approach for tombak involves a curated set of exercises and pieces from beginner to professional level, played together with a melodic instrument, so that students strengthen their solo technique while also learning ensemble playing well; as students progress toward a professional level on the instrument, advanced pieces and techniques using both hemispheres of the brain are taught in full. As a teacher, he prioritizes patience, precision, and conveying concepts in the simplest possible way, and tries to design a personalized, measurable path for each student so that their progress is clearly visible.

Hamid Davarzani has 15 years of experience teaching tombak and daf. He holds a technical/vocational teaching certification and a certificate from Tajikistan. He has worked with reputable, Ministry of Culture-accredited music schools (Omid-e No, Kook, Navaye Baran, Taraz) and with the music groups Omid-e No, Mastan, Rona, Mehrvarzan, and Hamnavazan-e Erfan. These collaborations have resulted in concerts both at home and abroad, as well as participation in numerous domestic and international festivals.
